The Company's vision is to maintain its standard of a reliable and productive service agency for overseas recruitment. Aims and Objectives

To provide the clients with an honest and transparent service for the supply of global Filipino with commitment to protect the general interest and welfare of the workers.


General Objectives:
  • To improve gradually the company's resources, facilities and system to ensure fast, prompt and effective delivery of services to its clients. The company looks to the world especially Middle East and K. S.A. in particular prepares with changes for the challenges of fulfilling the requirements of all its clients.
  • To maintain an atmosphere that promotes the personal and professional development of its workers and employees, fully equipped with moral character, personal discipline, and civic consciousness and efficient in their jobs and service to society.

Specific Objectives
  • To strive for excellence by providing the clients with latest technology in communication through the Interactive Recruitment Information Systems (IRIS), wherein services are online and both principals and workers can have access to their progress and status of mobilization.
  • To strengthen its existing labor market in the Middle East countries, particularly in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and U.A.E. and other countries such as Taiwan, Canada, China, Japan, New Zealand, and Malaysia.
  • To instill in its workers the sense of respect and love for work and country; to forge partnerships with schools, hospitals, training entities that will enhance the education and training of the workers.
