SHOP SUPERVISOR:

• At least Bachelors Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Diploma in Business Management or any related course from a recognized University / Institution.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years working experience as Shop Supervisor in any related field.
• Must be customer service oriented and experienced in a food or retail environment.
• Must ensure that store standards are met by supervising crews & staffs in providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products within a friendly, welcoming and clean store environment
• Must be able to supervise crews & staffs and ensure that the following are met; 1. Welcomes and connects with customers. 2. Determines customer needs and suggests appropriate product, offering demonstrations and samples. 3. Remains focused on customer satisfaction, and thank every customer. 4. Prepares beverage to Majestic standard.  Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Must maintain Company policy and procedure for operational flow at each station. 
• Implements Company standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products, maintaining professional presentation at all times, demonstrating clear communication in all customer and partner interactions
• Implement Company cash handling procedures and till point policies.  Supervise inventory stocking and recording guidelines.  Contributes to store goals for increasing sales/add-on sales.
• Ensures that cleaning staffs do all dirty dishes received are properly cleaned and stacked. Ensures all waste is collected from within restaurant and disposed of in the correct manner.
• Checks standards of sanitary facilities at regular intervals of trading, and supervise cleaning as per schedule/as needed. Ensures that all cleaning chemicals/materials in accordance with recommended manufacturer safety standards/dilution ratios, etc.
• Good English communication skills.
