MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:

• At least Secondary Graduate or Vocational Degree / Technical Certificate on relevant course from a recognized University / Institution.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years working experience as Maintenance Staff / Crew in any related company / facility.
• Must be responsible to carry out all electrical, mechanical and facilities maintenance works within assigned time frame by following the best practices and ensuring a high level of safety and security is applied during the assigned task.
• Must be knowledgeable in general electrical works such as Lighting, Fire Alarms, Emergency lighting, CCTV and Audio Visual equipments.
• Must have background in general mechanical works such as plumbing, HVAC and Chillers.
• Experience in the Food Catering Industry would be an added advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
