UTL AGENT:

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational / Technical Degree from a reognized University / Institution.
• Minimum of four (4) years working experience as UTL agent with background in operations administration, data entry and manifesting.
• Background in a Station facility (in various shifts)
• Must be responsible for delivery problem packages & all administrative work the station, including Calling customers and taking location. Works under Station Supervisor and might be assisted by Operation agent, if volume necessitates.
• Maintains and organizes to make sure all problem packages are delivered within specified delivery commitment.
• Open traces for undelivered packages.
• Able to enter & Maintain customer’s data for future delivery requirements.
• Must work closely with couriers to make sure that the problem packages are delivered.
• Can assist management by answering questions concerning deliveries and package status.
• Can assist the Station Supervisor in scheduling work within the facility.
• Handles dispatch and PD Station if needed.
• Coordinates the work activities within the facility; answers questions and provides guidance in solving work problems.
• Answers facility telephone lines related to problem packages.
• Operates all facility’s office machines and automated systems; trains facility staffs on automated systems and equipment that is relevant to their work.
• Assumes other assignments specified by the Station Supervisor.
• Good English communication skills.
