RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE:

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational / Technical Degree from a recognized University / Institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years working experience as Retails Sales Executive with background in customer interface such as retail show rooms / Retail Service Centers and customer services.
• Must be responsible for receiving packages and delivering them to customers safely and efficiently.
• Able to receive packages from customers in service centre counters ensuring pleasant and courteous treatment.
• Accurately scans packages according to established procedures.
• Must ensure that packages conform to standards in terms of packaging, labeling, and paperwork.
• Must ensure proper maintain Pick up Manifest and Inbound out bound shipments Data.
• Must seek additional business from existing customers; provides the sales department with sales-leads; informs sales department of significant changes in customer use of the service and competitors products.
• Promote SMSA brand image and values through very high levels of personal appearance / presentation and behavior so that it reflects SMSA high standards and develops customers’ field.
• Answers customers’ questions on SMSA services and keeps them informed of current and new services.
• Inspects packages to ensure conformance to package safety standards.
• Ensures proper security for packages (customers’ properties) and safe movement of packages within the retail center.
• Utilizes safe work methods and lifting techniques.
• Assumes other assignments specified by Retail Supervisor.
• Good English communication skills.
