QUALITY SURVEYOR (Building Systems):

• At least Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or have Master Degree in Structures or Masters Degree in Construction Engineering.
• With or Without Professional License (PRC).
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years working experience as a Quality Surveyor handling building construction / commercial / structural projects (supervisory position).
• Experienced in the management of on-site quality control and inspection organizations.
• Knowledgeable Building Management Systems (BMS), Quantity, QA/QC, HSE Standards.
• Must have strong technical and administrative background to satisfy reporting and documentation requirements.
• With knowledge in STAAD, AutoCAD, Project Management, Primavera or any related Computer Software programs is an added advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
