PLANNING & SCHEDULING ENGINEER:

• At least Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or have Master Degree in Structures or Masters Degree in Construction Engineering.
• With or Without Professional License (PRC).
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years working experience as a Planning & Scheduling Engineer handling Building Construction / structural projects (supervisory position).
• Experienced in planning & costing.
• Must be responsible for collection, verification and integration of works scope for all entities in to the total project plan, pre and post contract with input from the project manager.
• Able to provide timely and complete update of project schedules to determine contractor performance and compliance with approved baseline.
• Able to prepare project schedule analysis and conducts studies of problem areas to determine critically of schedule activities.
• Should have knowledge in Project Management, Primavera, Auto CAD or any Computer Software programs that are related to work.
• Good English communication skills.
